where you vote for what happens at the Brooklyn Lyceum,
or any interim proxy, when the Brooklyn Lyceum gets, at a minimum,
the appellate court to correct two alarmingly erroneous findings:
-- that October 19 comes AFTER October 26!!!!!
-- that the Plaintiff timely moved if the
Plaintiff never served the moving papers on the Lyceum attorney.
