Unintended consequences happen when:
--Lower & Appellate courts penalize Defendant for what Plaintiff withheld from the lower court until convenient.
--Appellate court uses the term "insofar as appealed from" when Defendant raised jurisdiction at oral argument.
Either: Plaintiff communicated with, but failed to serve motion papers upon, attorney for multiple defendants,
rendering decisions/orders on motions nullities
or: case, absent Plaintiff seeking default judgment,
or any communications with defendants w/in 12 months after their default, is statutorily abandoned, a nullity.
